Once you have the return authorization number, carefully package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a shipping service that provides insurance for the value of the item being returned.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
